We confront bias in tech by dismantling algorithmic discrimination, advancing digital equity, and ensuring historically silenced voices are amplified—not erased—in digital spaces.
Our mission is to create transparent, human-centered technologies like The CNTRD App, our flagship project designed to be more than just a platform—it's a sustainable, impact-driven ecosystem that centers Black innovation, community needs, and environmental justice.
By prioritizing accessibility for Black communities, authentic representation, and exploring climate-conscious solutions, The CNTRD App will empower communities from the Global Majority with tools that bridge the digital divide while promoting digital sovereignty through economic resilience for Black-owned businesses, climate advocacy for front-line communities, and expanded access to resources for those historically excluded.

Founder & CEO
Tiara Janté is a digital equity strategist and tech disruptor dedicated to dismantling algorithmic bias and reclaiming digital spaces for Black and marginalized communities. As the founder of CNTRD Tech, she’s building people-first technology that prioritizes equity, liberation, and sustainability.
With a background in strategic communications, speculative futures, and digital advocacy, Tiara leads the development of the CNTRD App, a platform designed to counteract algorithmic erasure and cultivate digital sovereignty.
Kim R.
Strategic Operations Partner
Kim is a systems strategist and governance expert dedicated to building ethical, scalable tech infrastructure. As Strategic Operations Partner at CNTRD Tech, she drives execution, fundraising, and operational strategy to ensure innovation and equity move in lockstep.
With a background in diplomacy, IT governance, and cybersecurity compliance, Kim has led high-stakes initiatives at the nexus of policy, technology, and organizational change. Her expertise in crisis management, strategic frameworks, and capital development makes her the backbone of CNTRD Tech’s growth and sustainability.
